If you haven’t taken an inline skating lesson yet, what’s stopping you? Join us on May 20th.

According to medical research, rollerskating and inline skating rank in the top three activities that improve or maintain physical fitness and general well-being.  In fact, inline skating is as beneficial for you as running or cycling.

To enjoy the benefits of inline skating, you need to gear up and master the basics of moving, stopping, and turning by taking a lesson.  Join us for our next Adult Beginner Group Lesson Session that starts on Saturday, May 20th and with the following Group Lessons:

May Beginner Session
– May 20: Beginner 1 (B1) – Stride 1, Heel Stop, A-Frame Turn
– May 27: Beginner 2 (B2) – Forward Swizzle, Grass Stop, Parallel Turn
– June 3: Beginner 3 (B3) – Spin Stop, Linked Parallel Turns
– June 10: Balance (BAL) – Balance drills on and off skates

Register for one Group Lesson at a time for $25 or save money and register for the whole Session for $85.  Inline skates and protective equipment are provided at no additional cost.
