Safety, Fun & Learning are the pillars to the programs that are always provided at Skater’s Quest. We remain dedicated to the health and safety of our clients, instructors, and the public. Our goal is to continue providing the highest possible level of quality programs with the safety of our clients as our top priority.
Skater’s Quest has developed the following policies and procedures:
General Guidelines:
- We will keep up to date with the latest guidelines regarding COVID-19 regulations.
- We will practice physical distancing and remain 6-feet away from each other when possible.
- We will use hand-sanitizer before and after any lesson and have it available at all lessons.
- It is recommended that all students bring their own inline skates and protective equipment including helmet, wrist guards, knee pads and elbow pads.
- All instructors and students must wear face masks during instruction. The face masks can be removed during practice time and when physical distancing is available.
- All students must acknowledge our updated online waiver acknowledging that you accept any risk of exposure to COVID-19.
- We encourage all students to participate in virtual lessons on or off skates and welcome you to join our regularly scheduled virtual classes such as:
- Yoga for Skaters on Mondays 5:45 – 6:30 PM
- Plyometrics for Skaters on Wednesdays 5:45 – 6:30 PM
If you are scheduled for an in-person lesson, please reschedule if you can answer “yes” to any question below:
- Have you or anyone in your household had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
- Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
- Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?
- Have you traveled abroad in the last 2 weeks?
We are confident that by following these guidelines and working together, our efforts will contribute to successful outcomes and benefit the health and safety of all. Please let us know if you have any questions.
