Ready for Fall?

Wait. What?! It’s crazy that next Monday is the first day of fall. We hope that you can join us for some fun on skates this weekend to celebrate the arrival of the autumnal equinox!

Here is what we have scheduled for you:

Saturday, September 22 at 10:00 AM at Jones Point Park

  • Advanced Forward 3 (AF3) Group Lesson: In this advanced lesson, we are working on Stride 3 & Lunge Stops.
  • Balance (BAL) Group Lesson: We all need to have good balance on skates.. This is a great lesson for all levels to work on balance drills both on and off skates. These are definitely skills that should be practiced regularly to become a more efficient skater.

Sunday, September 23 at 9:00 AM at Hains Point Park

  • Fall Fitness Inline Training (FIT) Program Endurance Practice: We are building our endurance and increasing mileage and strength every week.
